We run statements once a week, ensuring every patient gets a statement once a month, which helps keep your practice cash flow consistent. Statements will be sent through your clearinghouse (if available) or we will print and mail your statements manually.

What if a patient has a question about their balance? Leave it to us, we can have our number printed on your statements and take all patient calls if desired. This leaves your staff more time to focus on the patients in your office.
